      Solar batteries can be integrated with your existing rooftop solar setup, however; don’t fret if you don’t have a system yet, we can help get you all set up.

      Eligibility criteria for households

      • Maximum Income:

        Eligibility extends to households with a maximum income of $180,000 or less. Participants in this income bracket stand to benefit from a generous rebate of up to $4,000.

      • Minimum Battery Size:

        A minimum battery size of 6 kWh is required. This ensures that participating households have sufficient storage capacity to maximise the benefits of solar energy.

      • Minimum Solar PV System Size:

        For eligibility, a minimum solar PV system size of 5 kW is required. If you don’t have an existing setup, or your current system falls short, we can install or adjust your system to ensure it meets the program requirements.

      • Be the Homeowner:

        You must be the owner of the residential property in Queensland where the Approved Battery System will be installed

      • Approved Installers:

        We're proud to announce that Solar Uptime is on the approved list of installers for the Battery Booster program. This means you can trust our expertise and experience to deliver a seamless and compliant installation process.

      • Safety Inspection:

        You must agree that the installation may be subject to a safety inspection by a Queensland Government appointed inspectorate.
